Crystal Clean is a cutting-edge, forward-thinking cat litter made to last longer, weigh less, and be free of dust. It needs to be used exactly as directed to work properly.

North Star Pets won't issue refunds for using the product incorrectly or if a cat doesn't take to a new litter. While most cats will take to a new litter right away, some might need a bit of time to adjust by mixing the old and new litter. 

Our return policy is a 30-day window, giving you 30 days from the day you get your item to ask for a refund. To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and still in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

First-time customers who order with us online are automatically eligible for our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your litter, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. For assistance with refunds or to cancel your subscription, please contact us at info@northstarpets.com

Crystal Clean's 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is available only for first-time US customers and is limited to one offer per household.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
